KETTLEBELL STRENGTH

At Kaizen Fitness Systems, our preferred tool of strength is the dynamic kettlebell. You will find Kettlebell Strength Classes Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays on the schedule for a balanced workout program. This class focuses on building strength, endurance, and mobility with kettlebells.

STEEL MACE

Steel Maces are modeled after 13th century elite warrior clubs used to condition their bodies for battle. Their uneven weight placement activates stabilizer muscles and their surrounding joints to make this an effective, versatile tool for core and shoulder strength/stability as well as full body mobility and conditioning. This class utilizes steel maces in an approachable way for all levels!

DYNAMIC YOGA FLOW

Our Dynamic Yoga Flow Class combines traditional yoga with Animal Flow allowing you to flow through movements that will enhance overall strength, mobility, and coordination in a fun, unique way.

CORE HIIT

Feel the need to just move and sweat it out? This class pairs high intensity interval training with high quality movement to feel the burn and get your heart rate up with a focus on building core strength.
